• Any owner of a registered/accredited operating public health training institution is
  eligible for membership to APHTIT.
• Unless other evidence is obtained or the circumstance compels otherwise, the operation of
  health college shall be proved by registration and or Accreditation documents together
  with a record of that college’s taking part in the most recent formal examination organized
  by the relevant body (like the NACTVET/Ministry of Health etc) in which all
  registered/accredited public health training institutions of that kind are supposed to take
